Realtracs Announces 8.4% Increase In Annual Payout For Rewards Program

Brokers receive almost $350,000 in 2021 closing rewards

Realtracs, the largest multiple listing service (MLS) in Tennessee, is awarding brokers $349,985 in Realtracs Rewards, a program compensating brokers for every closed listing on its platform. The 2021 payout amount reflects an 8.2% increase in the number of closings in the Realtracs market and represents an 8.4% increase in the payout total from 2020.

The incentive program is offered exclusively by Realtracs, and rewards participants $5 for each closed listing from the previous year. In 2021, Realtracs members closed 69,997 listings, compared to 64,721 listings in 2020. Since inception, almost $1 million in Realtracs Rewards have been paid out.

These rewards were paid out during the first quarter of 2022. Brokers or companies receiving $500 or more received a check. Those receiving less than $500 received a credit toward Realtracs’ MLS service fees.

“We are grateful to be able to recognize the hard work of our Realtors in providing accurate and timely listing data to Realtracs,” said Stuart White, president and CEO of Realtracs. “In return, we’re committed to giving our users the best MLS experience, including access to listings across markets plus a host of helpful resources and tools. Our MLS is designed to give users options and the flexibility needed to expand into new markets and run their business better than ever. Realtracs Rewards is just one way we give back to them.”

Last year, Realtracs announced plans to become Tennessee’s first statewide MLS in order to simplify the real estate marketplace across the state. All Realtracs brokers are automatically enrolled in Realtracs Rewards. For additional information, visit
