While we do license data for Brokers to use on their own websites, we do not follow the traditional IDX framework. Our licensing fees for brokers are negotiated based on their contribution.

Broker-Direct Data Feeds

Brokers who choose to distribute listing data directly to participating portals and technology providers can do so through GRID’s Broker Only Export program. This broker-controlled pathway operates independently of Realtracs licensing agreements while giving brokers additional flexibility in how they share their listing data.
