Realtracs, the largest multiple listing service (MLS) in Tennessee, has been named a 2022 Tennessean Top Places to Work winner, Nashville Business Journal’s Best in Business finalist and Best Places to Work honoree.

Realtracs is based in Nashville with a team of 40-plus web developers, product engineers and customer support representatives, providing industry-leading care and service to brokers, REALTORS and their support staff across the Southeast.
In 2021, it announced service expansion to the Greater Memphis and Chattanooga areas, with future plans to enter other Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Kentucky markets. Realtracs currently has more than 18,000 users in over 1,700 real estate offices across Middle Tennessee and parts of Alabama, Georgia and Kentucky.
The Best Places to Work and Top Places to Work awards came as a result of online surveys conducted by Realtracs employees, and the Best in Business designation was awarded by an independent panel of judges looking at company culture, business plan, profitability and more.
