Our secret weapon? Our Customer Happiness Representatives (CHRs).

Our CHRs offer personalized support to brokers and agents, including in-person and virtual training. Every Realtracs user is paired with one of our CHRs, so there is never a question about whom to turn to for help. CHRs make office visits, provide one-on-one and group assistance, and give our users the support they need to increase performance.
Our users also have access to phone, email and chat support six days a week.
