This quarter, we focused on product updates designed to help you work faster, stay organized, and deliver a smoother client experience. From streamlined notifications to a refreshed Contact Details page, here is what landed.
Notifications Simplified
Set it and forget it. Now you can pick how and when you want to receive feedback from contacts once and apply it across all your listing alerts. Cleaner inbox, fewer steps, more clarity.
We also redesigned the feedback emails, so you get a clearer view of what your contacts are doing with fewer messages. And your clients can now adjust their own notification preferences, so they never miss a note from you.

Contact Details Page
The first version of our new Contact Details page is live, and it lays out the foundation for a full client snapshot. It is built around a simple question: How am I serving this contact?
Here is what you can do today:
• Jump straight into it from Listing Alerts
• Review all alerts set up for that contact
• Quickly update contact information
And this is only the start!

Import/Export Contacts
Quick and easy access to your contacts helps you work more efficiently. You can add a contact to a listing alert, net sheet, or showing settings in just a few clicks. Importing contacts from other systems saves even more time, and the step-by-step process guides you through each part.
Exporting is just as simple. Select one contact or all of them, then choose Export in the top right corner. Managing your contact data is now easier.

Drive Time Tune Up
Drive Time got a complete performance boost to improve accuracy and overall experience.
- Choose Arrive by or Leave at for more flexibility
- Explore a more detailed and accurate map, improving route clarity.
- Enjoy improved traffic and data sources across additional time zones
If it has been a while since you used Drive Time, now is the perfect moment to give it another look!
Additional Improvements
Those are just the highlights! There were many other enhancements, including:
- Behind the scenes work to boost the overall performance of the Realtracs platform.
- Now, while composing a new listing, Co-list agents can be set up to receive showing alerts by text and/or email.
- While searching, date range rules ease up when you add a street number or draw one map shape under 5 sq miles. Square mileage now appears as you draw.
