Realtracs Leads Effort to Form Innovative Data Sharing Alliance Across Southeast

Southeast MLS Alliance unites four largest MLSs in Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and South Carolina to provide improved agent access to data and referrals

Realtracs, the technology company providing the largest multiple listing service (MLS) in Tennessee, announced today the creation of the Southeast Alliance MLS, a groundbreaking data share partnership. The collaboration between Realtracs, Canopy MLS, Charleston Regional MLS and Georgia MLS pools the resources of the largest MLS services in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia to set new standards for data accessibility, ultimately benefitting both real estate professionals and consumers.

“This partnership marks a significant milestone in the real estate sector,” said Realtracs CEO Stuart White. “Realtracs has always been at the forefront of innovation, and this alliance allows seamless data sharing across state lines, enhancing efficiency and exposure while creating an environment where brokers and agents can excel and deliver unparalleled service to their clients.”

The Southeast MLS Alliance launched October 1.  As each MLS integrates all the systems native data, members of Realtracs, Canopy MLS, Georgia MLS and Charleston Regional MLS will have a full feed of more than 85,000 accurate listings across Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

The alliance was established to provide real estate agents across services with more data and potential for referrals to best serve their clients. The four MLSs together serve over 100,000 real estate agents across more than 11,000 offices. To learn more about Realtracs features, click here.
