This quarter brought updates designed to strengthen client engagement, simplify listing management, and support an even more connected Realtracs experience. From the new Engage Dashboard to smarter Showings notifications, here’s what landed.
Engage Brings Client Activity Together
The Engage Dashboard gives agents one place to see recent contact activity, respond to comments, and better understand which listings are catching a client’s attention.
Agents can view unread comments, recently active contacts, listing likes and dislikes, and repeated listing views from one dedicated space. We also added a new Engage menu that brings together the Engage Dashboard, My Contacts, and Listing Alerts.
The new Active Contacts widget can be added to the dashboard, making it easy to see which contacts have been active in the past seven days and jump directly into the Engage Dashboard.

Listing Comments, Simplified
Clients can comment on ANY listing in Realtracs, not just listings from an alert. Their comments are available in one consistent experience across their Realtracs client account, full reports, search, liked listings, and Listing Alerts.
Agents can also see all comments for a contact in one place from the Contact Detail page, Listing Alerts, or Liked Listings.
The comments experience also got a fresh update. Listing comments are now grouped into a single, messaging-style view, making conversations easier to follow. Unread comments are marked with a blue stripe and can be marked as read once reviewed.

Clearer Client Insights
Consumer Listing Views are tracked across Realtracs and displayed on the Engage Dashboard and Contact Activity page. When a client views the same listing multiple times, agents can spot that interest and follow up with more context.
To better capture intentional activity, a view is counted when a client takes meaningful action on a full report, such as staying on the page, opening photos, using photo arrows, or scrolling to the Community and Schools section.
The Contact Detail page includes a new Activity tab showing likes and dislikes for each contact. If a contact clicked like while viewing a listing from their own organic search, agents can see a small ‘Search’ label for added clarity.

Listing Alerts Evolve
As client engagement expands beyond Listing Alerts, we retired the legacy Activity Bell and Views column. Agents can now see activity in places designed to give a more complete picture, including the Engage Dashboard and Contact Activity tab.
For Listing Alerts with ‘Automatically Share New Results’ turned off, properties now show as Unreleased, making it easier to identify listings that still need to be reviewed and shared.
We also updated the contact and welcome emails to better reflect that clients can now like, dislike, and comment across Realtracs, not just within Listing Alerts. Agents can also send the email from the Contact Detail page when a contact has not yet created an account.

Realtracs Showings Get Smarter
Showings opt-in texts are now sent earlier for on-market listings. When a contact is added to an Active, Coming Soon, or Under Contract Showing listing, the opt-in text is sent immediately, rather than waiting until a showing is scheduled.
This helps agents better prepare their clients and reduces confusion around when the text arrives.
Based on patterns we’ve seen and consistent user feedback, we also added an ‘Add Note’ button next to each appointment. Agents can document feedback received outside the feedback form, including comments shared by phone, email, or text.
Navigation, Brand Resources, Roster Management
User Search (previously Member Search) is now available under the Search menu. This links to the existing Member Search page and supports upcoming navigation improvements.
We also introduced a dedicated Brand Guidelines page where subscribers can access Realtracs logo files, usage guidance, and helpful dos and don’ts. This gives agents a simple, approved way to represent Realtracs in their own marketing materials, including listing presentations. When discussing listing exposure with sellers, agents can use the correct Realtracs logos and brand language to clearly show where their listings are supported, shared, and seen.
For appraiser offices, roster management is now available. Appraisers can transfer or remove members from their office roster, similar to the broker office management tools.
That’s a Wrap
This quarter’s updates focused on helping agents stay connected with clients, understand engagement more clearly, and move through everyday work with fewer steps.
From Engage to Showings, these improvements continue building a Realtracs experience that is easier to use, easier to understand, and built to move you forward.
