We’re excited to welcome the River Counties Association of Realtors® (RCAR) to the Realtracs community.
Later this year, approximately 500 RCAR members will transition to the Realtracs platform, expanding connectivity across Tennessee and creating new opportunities for brokers and agents across the region.

Just as importantly, our ownership ensures River Counties continues to have a voice in the MLS while building a long-term partnership focused on helping our agents succeed and better serve our communities.”

That approach resonated with RCAR as they considered what would best serve their members in the years ahead. As part of the transition, RCAR also becomes an owner of Realtracs LLC, aligning the association with the platform’s long-term direction and giving it a voice in its future.
Over the next several weeks, our teams will work closely together to onboard, train, validate data, and make sure every broker and agent feels confident before going live later this year.
