Stuart White

President and CEO

Stuart White

President and CEO

President and CEO Stuart White started Realtracs more than 20 years ago and has grown it into the largest MLS in the state of Tennessee. Stuart ensures Realtracs supports and enhances a strong and cooperative real estate marketplace for brokers, buyers and sellers. He deeply believes that using a Realtor to buy and sell a home is the key to maximizing property value, and he is committed to providing topnotch service to Realtors. “Realtors are an incredibly important aspect of the life-changing decision of buying or selling a home. They care about their clients, they’re constantly working and intense in their needs, and they expect great service. It is my mission to deliver it to them.” Stuart thinks personal relationships with customers and a commitment to their success set Realtracs apart. Originally from Cadiz, Ky., Stuart graduated from Texas A&M University (Gig ’em, Aggies!). Both in the office and outside of it, Stuart’s focus is on giving back to the community. “If we’re not helping our neighbors, what’s the point?”

Mark T. Hill

Chief Operating Officer

Mark T. Hill

Chief Operating Officer

Mark Hill serves as the chief operating officer for Realtracs. His role includes all business operations, development and compliance, as well as data licensing and strategic planning. Mark’s interest in technology and real estate, as well as the team and company culture, is what he loves about coming to work every day. “There is not a team of individuals anywhere in the MLS industry who are this good. Remember, it’s not bragging if it’s true.” His favorite piece of advice is from a saying often attributed to Thomas Edison: “Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.” Outside of work, you can find him officiating high school football. Machu Picchu is top on his list of places to travel. “C’mon, how often can you walk in a 13th-century Incan village in Peru?” Born and raised in the Nashville area, Mark graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and holds an MBA degree from Ole Miss (Hotty Toddy!). He has also earned the CMLX2 designation.

Doug Powers

Chief Technology Officer

Doug Powers

Chief Technology Officer

Named 2019 CTO of the Year by the Nashville Technology Council, Doug Powers serves as Realtracs’ chief technology officer, supporting and empowering the technology teams in building the nationally recognized MLS platform. He loves working for Realtracs because he believes in its purpose. “We play a major role in helping individuals achieve a big part of the American dream – owning a home.” Doug believes Realtracs is set apart by a commitment to serve and support customers, and a constant aim to improve service by rolling out new innovations every month. His can-do attitude permeates beyond his role at Realtracs. If he could travel anywhere? The moon. “Why would I limit myself to Earth?” Outside of Realtracs, you can find Doug going for a run, working on home improvement projects or riding roller coasters. Born and raised in Atlanta, Ga., the Georgia Tech graduate has called Middle Tennessee home since 2012.

Julie Davis

Chief Relationship Officer

Julie Davis

Chief Relationship Officer

As Realtracs’ chief relationship officer, Julie Davis oversees the team of Customer Happiness Representatives and works on special projects, associations, sponsorships, training and communications. Julie believes the customer service, “from our extraordinary Customer Happiness Representatives out in the field to our highly knowledgeable Support Team,” is what sets the company apart. A tip she gives homebuyers is to know the difference between their wants and needs. “Compromise is sometimes the home-buying tool that shortens the amount of time between beginning the home search and turning your new house into your new home.” Julie grew up in Elba, Ala., and graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll, Tide!); but she has called Tennessee home for 21 years now. When she is not in the office, you can find her staying active, reading, writing, podcast-binging, attending Cross Point’s Franklin Campus and spending time with the women at Healing Housing. She has also earned the CMLX2 designation.

Derek Johnson

Chief Financial Officer

Derek Johnson

Chief Financial Officer

As Realtracs’ chief financial officer, Derek Johnson provides the company with financial leadership and direction. His favorite part about Realtracs is that it is 100% customer-centric. “From our Customer Happiness Representatives to our development team, to our executive team, our goal is to create the best real estate environment for our customers.” Originally from Knoxville, Derek has moved homes several times in his life, so if you’re looking to move, you may want to heed his advice: “Every deal is a little different, and they all have their own set of hiccups; but the key to success is having a great agent working on your behalf.” In his spare time, Derek loves spending time with his family and traveling. Whenever he’s in Knoxville, you can probably find him enjoying a cheeseburger from Litton’s Restaurant or visiting his alma mater, the University of Tennessee.

Bobbi Jo Nugent

Director of Customer Happiness

Bobbi Jo Nugent

Born and raised in Clarksville, Tenn., and a graduate of Austin Peay State University, Bobbi Jo Nugent is proud to call Middle Tennessee home. Today she serves people all across the region in her role at Realtracs. One of her favorite pieces of advice she’s received is “Your attitude is contagious,” which she’s taken to heart as the company’s director of Customer Happiness. Bobbi Jo keeps clients smiling as she provides training classes for agents, visits offices, and relays their feedback and suggestions to improve the user experience. She believes customer service is one of the things that sets Realtracs apart. “We actually care about the users and create a system for them specifically.” Her favorite thing about her job? Hearing someone say, “I learned so much in these classes!” When she’s not serving clients at Realtracs, you can find her volunteering with Tennessee Kids Belong, skiing or fishing with the family, watching her kids play sports, or enjoying delicious homemade chicken pot pie.

Donna Christ Johnson

Customer Happiness Representative

Donna Christ Johnson

As a Customer Happiness Rep for Realtracs, Donna Christ Johnson provides training to Realtors and aims to bring happiness to all she encounters. “I love teaching and interacting with our agents. I love making our agents happy.” What does she believe makes Realtracs different? “Our company’s leadership and knowledge of our market are what make Realtracs.” Her advice to potential homebuyers is to get an agent. Even though there is a lot of information at their fingertips, she believes it’s essential to seek the knowledge and expertise of a professional. All the way from Brisbane, Australia, Donna has lived in Tennessee for 17 years. Outside of the office, you can find her traveling, swimming, walking, spending time with family, volunteering with Tennessee Kids Belong or making candles out of recycled bourbon bottles from local distilleries. If she could have dinner with anyone? “Princess Diana. I love that she was passionate about people. She was not only very lovely, she set out to change the world through love.”

JoAnn Henslee

Jo does this in the classroom, at their office and one-on-one. She believes Realtracs’ commitment to its members’ understanding and satisfaction sets the company apart. Jo’s biggest piece of professional advice for prospective buyers and sellers is to choose a knowledgeable Realtor. Her personal advice? “Don’t take yourself too seriously.” When she’s not working, you can find Jo reading and volunteering with an animal rescue.

A few of her favorite things? Ben Fold’s “genius” music and any kind of Mexican food. Originally from Junction City, Kan., and a graduate of Emporia State University, Liz has lived in Clarksville, Tenn., for almost five years.

Kymberly Petty-Emrich

Customer Happiness Representative

Kymberly Petty-Emrich

Customer Happiness Representative

Kymberly Petty-Emrich loves to call herself “a cheerleader for Realtracs,” and with good reason. As she is a Customer Happiness Representative, it is her responsibility to not only know everything that Realtracs offers and stands for, but also be able to communicate all the benefits and advantages of this to agents from across the service area. She says her favorite part of her job is “when I’m teaching and I see an agent have their ‘aha’ moment.” That passion for teaching comes through every day in her interactions with agents, and she views herself as a core member of the agent’s team to help best serve their clients. Her favorite piece of advice for homebuyers and sellers is “Information is power in negotiations,” which shapes her day-to-day communication with her agents. When she is not keeping Realtracs users informed and prepared, Kymberly can be found hiking, fishing, taking photos of nature, or keeping up with friends from her alma maters, Middle Tennessee State University and Kennesaw State.

Casey Phillips

Customer Support Manager

Casey Phillips

Customer Support Manager

Casey Phillips’ job title with Realtracs is customer support manager, and that title fits perfectly. Casey supports the entire operation, or as he puts it, “Throughout the day, you can find me helping people navigate and operate the various features of Realtracs, testing new features, responding to questions, and helping in-house with desktop support.” Casey thrives on creativity, and utilizes his problem-solving skills to tackle problems. He comes into work with a can-do attitude, which Casey attributes to the culture of Realtracs: “I don’t think I’ve ever worked at a business where the culture was so healthy that it made it a joy to come to work and want to problem-solve.” He is a Renaissance man through and through, and when he isn’t problem-solving for the Realtracs team, he can be found painting, drawing, doing photography or drama, writing, acting, and practicing martial arts. This Southern Nazarene University grad says Scotland is at the top of his list of places to travel. You might catch him sightseeing with a fruit smoothie in hand.

Christy Simmons

Support Specialist

Christy Simmons

Support Specialist

As a customer support specialist for Realtracs, Christy Simmons answers questions, troubleshoots and assists agents in understanding the Realtracs system to best serve buyers and sellers. She loves being able to help customers work through a problem. Her biggest piece of advice for prospective homebuyers is “Be sure to align yourself with the most honest and trustworthy agent you can find. They will work hard for you and hold others to an ethical standard that benefits you as their client.” When she’s not assisting customers, you can find Christy volunteering with Tennessee Kids Belong or learning TikTok dances with her teenagers. She looks forward to planning a lot of world travel over the next several years, starting with the U.K., Australia and Finland. Christy served in the U.S. Army for four years and lived in five different states prior to landing in Tennessee nine years ago.

He also tests any new features that will be released on Realtracs and provides technical support for his co-workers. Brian believes the support and development teams set Realtracs apart from other systems. “You can get help from support by phone, live chat and email. And our development team is responsive and quick at fixing issues when they arise, and we create excellent new features.” Brian graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Linda Mears

Office Manager

Linda Mears

We work hard to be ahead of the rest of the country in technology and beyond.” Originally from Unionville, Mich., Linda has been in Tennessee since 1988. When she’s not working, you can find her going to the movies, bowling, shopping, and spending time with her grandchildren and husband. At the top of her list of places to travel? Belgium, to see where her grandparents and father are from.

Teressa Elliott

Accounting and HR Manager

Teressa Elliott

Her favorite thing about her job is working for a company that is full of fun, kind people who genuinely care about each other. Outside of Realtracs, Teressa spends time with her five children and teaches a weekly Bible class to third- and fourth-grade girls. Israel is on the top of her list of places to visit. Her favorite piece of advice she’s received is tongue-in-cheek: “My grandma used to tell all newly married women to never do something once that you don’t want to do the rest of your life. So, I have never cleaned the garage.” Originally from West Saint Paul, Minn., Teressa attended Harding University, but has called Tennessee home for 16 years.

Margaret Johnson

Customer Service Coordinator

Margaret Johnson

Customer Service Coordinator

Realtracs’ customer service coordinator, Margaret Johnson, also known as the “gatekeeper” of the Realtracs membership process, ensures the smooth additions, updates and maintenance of the membership database. As a lifelong Middle Tennessee resident, Margaret has taken Southern hospitality to heart, and it shines through whenever anyone enquires about becoming a member of Realtracs. There are no questions, big or small, that Margaret doesn’t answer with a smile on her face. During her time away from the office, you are likely to find Margaret on the lake or enjoying another body of water. And she might just also be sipping on a bourbon and ginger.

Cindy Couey

Director of Data Compliance

Cindy Couey

In her role, she corrects member information for data integrity, serves as the building manager, and has a hand in all rules and regulations for the company. Cindy’s favorite part of her job is being able to help members reach their goals. “We really love our members and want to see them succeed.” Her favorite piece of advice she applies to her own life is “Prepare for weeds, but pray and work for high cotton.” When the Middle Tennessee State University grad is not working with Realtracs’ members, you can find her cheering on her teenager at travel softball games, enjoying Mexican food or unwinding at the beach.

Sandy Aley

Receptionist

Sandy Aley

Receptionist

Sandy Aley has lived in Tennessee her entire life. She is the first person you hear when you call Realtracs and can solve just about any problem with efficiency and grace. Also known as “Precious,” Sandy tirelessly jumps in whenever and wherever needed around the office. She is able to juggle multiple departments, as she is experienced in membership, data compliance and SentriLock. She might be sort of a teacher’s pet, but don’t tell her we said that.

Brittany Washington

Lock and Key Coordinator

Brittany Washington

Lock and Key Coordinator

A Tennessee native, Brittany Washington has seen the city and Realtracs change and grow exponentially. As the lock and key coordinator for Realtracs and its clients, she remains the go-to expert for all things SentriLock (aka a lockbox solution for Realtors), so clients can keep up with the growth of the city she calls home. Her main goal in her day-to-day work is to “make sure that everyone leaves me with a smile.” She thinks Realtracs is set apart by its desire to help. When she isn’t keeping clients and partners up to date on SentriLock, Brittany loves to spend time with her family and help out with community events. If she could have dinner with anyone? “Oprah, of course!” Brittany is a graduate of Nashville State and Tennessee State University.

Outside of work, Katie loves to give back. She volunteers her time at church, at her children’s school and through providing product feedback to startup companies. She also loves to spend time swimming, playing tennis and reading. If she had to eat one meal for the rest of her life, it would be a spinach, tomato and mozzarella omelet, a side of wheat toast with strawberry jam, and a cup of hot coffee. Mark Lawrence

Mark Lawrence

Systems Engineer

Mark Lawrence joined the Realtracs team as systems engineer. If Mark could travel anywhere in the world, he would go to Europe to see where his ancestry began. When he’s not at work, you can find him golfing, fishing and umpiring. Mark was born and raised in Tampa, Fla., where he attended the University of South Florida.
