The real estate technology company was honored for its positive work environment, inspiring leadership and ability to have fun and be successful

Realtracs, the largest multiple listing service (MLS) in Tennessee, announced today that it has been selected as one of the Nashville Business Journal’s Best Places to Work honorees.

The award committee accepts nominations from the public before inviting nominated companies’ employees to participate in a survey that measures 10 key engagement categories, including trust in leadership, team and manager effectiveness.

“It is an honor to be recognized by the Nashville Business Journal and our community, but the real honor is knowing that we have a team that truly loves coming to work to serve Tennessee Realtors®,” said Realtracs CEO Stuart White. “I’m so grateful to our leadership team who have fostered a workplace that encourages fun, growth and success.”

Realtracs and other honorees were announced by the Nashville Business Journal on July 17 and will be recognized at the Belmont University Curb Center on October 24, 2023. For the full list of honorees, click here. To learn more about Realtracs, visit realtracs.com
