Largest MLS in Tennessee expands services to allow lead generation at no additional cost

Realtracs, the largest multiple listing service (MLS) in Tennessee, has launched a new direct-to-agent feature that now connects interested homebuyers and consumers to listing agents and brokers. Realtracs Leads is a free feature enhancement now built within all Realtracs listings.

“A real estate transaction is about the agent and consumer,” said Realtracs Product Director Keith Yount. “We understand how important it is to help consumers find information on properties of interest, as well as potentially connect them with a real estate professional. Realtracs Leads enables us to directly connect agents with consumers, as well as provide consumers with accurate information on available properties.”

Real estate is a referral-based business. But real estate lead conversion rates are trending at an all-time low. There are also multiple real estate lead generation companies promising to provide the best leads.

Last month, Realtracs announced plans to become Tennessee’s first statewide MLS.
